When and where is the wedding?

Saturday, August 21, 2027 at Wentworth by the Sea Country Club, 60 Wentworth Road, Rye, New Hampshire, just outside downtown Portsmouth. Exact timing will be posted on The Weekend page.

When should I RSVP by?

The RSVP date will be on your invitation and posted here once invitations go out. To come

What should I wear?

Festive formal. It's summer on the Seacoast — think bright, solid, summer colors. Please wear a jacket and tie. See the Attire page for a few more tips on shoes and layers.

What's the weather like in late August?

Usually lovely. Expect warm, sunny days in the upper 70s to low 80s, a sea breeze, and cooler evenings.

Do I need to rent a car?

Not necessarily. You can take the C&J bus from Boston Logan or South Station to Portsmouth, downtown is walkable, and Uber and Lyft are easy to find. A car is handy if you want to explore the beaches or head up into Maine. See Travel & Stay.

Where should I stay?

We'll share hotel room blocks on the Travel & Stay page. August is peak season on the seacoast, so book early.
